At Astrofrontiar S.R.L. ("Astrofrontiar", "we") we process your personal data in accordance with National Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and the supplementary provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP). This policy describes what data we collect through astrofrontiar.com, for what purpose we use it, and what your rights are as data subject.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Astrofrontiar S.R.L., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71742589-3, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Database registered before the AAIP under Registry No. 2-71742589.
2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form (first name, last name and corporate email), as well as automatic technical data (IP address, device type, browser and pages visited) for statistical and site security purposes.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to send you the Astrofrontiar newsletter with Business Intelligence content focused on the Argentine market, to respond to commercial inquiries and to comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis
The processing is carried out based on the free, express and informed consent that you grant by filling out the form, under the terms of article 5 of Law 25,326.
5. Retention
Your data will be kept while your subscription remains active and for up to five (5) years after unsubscription, a period required to comply with tax and accounting obligations in Argentina.
6. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We may use transactional email and hosting providers acting as data processors, subject to confidentiality agreements and to the security standards required by Argentine regulations.
7. Data subject rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your personal data by sending a request to contacto@astrofrontiar.com. You may also file a complaint with the AAIP as the supervisory authority (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
8. Security
Astrofrontiar applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data, including in-transit encryption (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and periodic audits.
9. Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its last update date.
